Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test; may require driver’s record check.
• Be professional and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct entry into venues, scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic.
• Understand policies, procedures and regulations of venues and events.
• Greet guests warmly on arrival and thank them at exit.
• Provide guests with directions and suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a friendly tone and clear communication with guests.
