Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.

• Driver’s Record check may be required.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct venue entry, ticket verification, and traffic flow management.
• Understand policies of different venues, facilities and events.
• Greet guests warmly and express thanks as interactions conclude.
• Provide guests with directions and suggestions to enhance their experience.
