Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services in Indianapolis is seeking friendly, reliable team members for the Game Day Event Team. This part-time position offers a dynamic event environment, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay for the Indianapolis area.

No prior experience required; you will assist with guest entry, crowd management, and guest services. The role pays $15 per hour and includes ongoing paid training and opportunities for growth within security and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and post-offer pre-employment drug/alcohol test required; may require Driver’s Record check.
• Professional, articulate, and able to use independent judgment and discretion; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct venue entry, verify tickets or wristbands, and manage crowd flow.
• Understand policies and procedures for different venues and events.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them as interactions end.
• Provide guests with directions and suggestions to enhance their experience.
