Allied Universal is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Game Day Event Team in Indianapolis. This part-time role supports event security at sports venues, concerts and conventions, with a flexible schedule and weekly pay. Prior experience is not required.

The position emphasizes a friendly guest experience, clear communication, and adherence to venue policies. Overtime may be required, and a background check plus drug/alcohol test could be part of the process.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs venue entry; may scan tickets and verify wristbands.
• Understands policies and regulations of different venues and events.
• Greets guests warmly at entrances and thanks them as they depart.
• Provides guests with directions and suggestions to enhance entertainment.
• Interacts with guests with a friendly tone and clear communication.
