Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking part-time Event Staff in Bloomington, IN. The role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts with weekly pay and no experience required. Earn $18.00 per hour while contributing to crowd management and event safety at sports venues and venues around town.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required; Driver's Record check may be needed.
Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
Control entry to the venue, verify tickets or wristbands, and direct guests.
Understand venue policies and procedures for various events.
Greet guests warmly and thank them at exit to ensure a positive experience.
Provide guests with directions and recommendations to enhance their visit.
Maintain a friendly, clear communication style with guests throughout their experience.
