Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a Lead Event Specialist for in-store demonstrations at Sam's Club. You’ll engage customers, present product features, set up and break down demos, and support event operations while guiding fellow team members.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and leadership development opportunities. No prior demonstration experience is required as training is provided, with a focus on customer interaction and teamwork in a retail

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as in-store contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
