Job summary

MadTree Brewing Company in Blue Ash, OH, seeks a part-time Cook to create memorable dishes and support a high-energy culinary team. You will prepare pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and more, operating ovens and grinders with attention to portion control and safety.

You’ll work across prep, pizza, sandwich, and expo stations, follow recipes, and help with private events up to 300 guests. A strong team ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year kitchen experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items including pizzas, nachos, sandwiches, and salads.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including pizza ovens, conveyor ovens, flattop grills, fryers, and food processors.
• Handle specialized tools including pizza peels, dough dockers, and portion scales.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations.
• Follow recipes and portion controls accurately.
• Operate in multiple kitchen stations including prep, pizza, sandwich, and expo.
• Practice proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions.
• Assist with the preparation, cooking, and plating of food, including private events up to 300 people.
• Participate in training and knowledge development programs.
• Spend time volunteering (paid) for MadTree Impact initiatives.
