Job summary

MadTree is seeking passionate cooks in Blue Ash, OH who can turn simple ingredients into share-worthy moments. You will work in a collaborative kitchen, prepare pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and more, and exhibit a MadTree ambassador mindset dedicated to Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year kitchen experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items including pizzas, nachos, sandwiches, and salads.
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, conveyor ovens, flattop grills, fryers, and food processors.
• Follow recipes and portion controls accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and proper storage.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and safety procedures.
• Volunteer for MadTree Impact initiatives when possible.
