Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a venue, hospitality, or high-volume customer service environment.
• Experience with concerts, sporting events and teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide directions throughout the facilities.
• Usher guests to their seats and scan tickets at entry.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for patrons.
• Provide guests with event and building information as needed.
• Ensure badge checks for events to support safety.
