Job summary

Bend Park and Recreation District is seeking a part-time Rentals Specialist to manage shelter rentals, internal requests, and related processing for district facilities. You will answer calls, review insurance certificates, and support event coordination throughout the year.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reviewing documents, updating guidelines, and collaborating with partners. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years related experience or a combination.
• Proficiency in English grammar and composition.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license within 30 days with acceptable driving history.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred (differential on hourly rate).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility and park rentals; provide tours and explain guidelines.
• Review and process event-related documents and deposits.
• Review new event requests and feasibility.
• Assist with budgets and program revenue tracking.
• Maintain relationships with clients and partners.
