Job summary

Marathon Staffing in Reno, NV is seeking part-time Event Staff to support sporting events and help keep facilities clean, safe and welcoming for guests. You’ll work as part of a team on game days and events, with flexible shifts around event schedules.

No previous event or cleaning experience is required; prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, warehouse, or general labor can be helpful but is not mandatory. Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card is offered.

Responsibilities

• Helping prepare the facility before events and keeping it clean throughout the event
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms
• Sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and removing trash
• Keeping seating areas, walkways, entrances, and common areas clean
• Responding to spills and other immediate cleanup needs
• Helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests
• Working with team members to complete cleanup and facility tasks efficiently
• Following safety, sanitation, and facility procedures
