Job summary

Marathon Staffing is now hiring part-time Event Support Associates for sporting events in the Reno, NV area. No experience required, great for extra income, and weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card options.

You will help keep facilities clean and welcoming by cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and handling trash before, during, and after events. Shifts are evenings and weekends, around home games, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, including restocking supplies.
• Perform general facility cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, seating sections, and high-traffic zones.
• Respond promptly to spills or urgent cleaning needs during events.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced event environment.
