Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Supervisor at Texas Christian University to lead on-site concession operations during events. You will manage staff, ensure fast, safe service, and uphold company standards across stands, kiosks, and portable venues.

The role emphasizes staffing coordination, service flow, inventory awareness, and guest satisfaction, with a flexible, part-time rotation schedule and open interview process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in concessions, food service, or event-based operations.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales per state/local laws.
• Must maintain a valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent).
• A food handler certification may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and autonomous retail stores.
• Assign staff to locations and adjust coverage based on volume and needs.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings on expectations, menus, and service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate to management as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
