Constellation is seeking a part-time bartender for events at the Norton Museum of Art in Palm Beach County. You will set up and stock the bar, prepare and serve beverages, greet guests, and maintain a clean service area while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; lift and carry event supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the bar adhering to company’s required standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Monitor inventory and restock beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service and food-safety guidelines.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with event managers and service staff.
