Job summary

Constellation is seeking an enthusiastic Event Server for The Norton Museum in West Palm Beach, FL. You will provide professional food and beverage service for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other catered functions while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires excellent customer service and the ability to stand for extended periods, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, banquet, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry event equipment up to 25lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food-handler certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized table and guest service.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
• Assist with formal dining, passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet, and beverage service.
