Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is seeking part-time Event Staff in Longmont to support event days with ticket handling, welcoming guests, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Eligible candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, and can pass a background check and drug test. Benefits include flexible schedules, 401(k), sick pay, and ongoing training. Weekly pay is available and great for supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test; may require Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs venue entry, scans tickets, verifies wristbands and badges, and directs traffic.
• Understands policies and regulations of venues and events.
• Greets guests warmly and thanks them at exit, providing helpful directions as needed.
• Offers guests directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Maintains a friendly tone and clear, natural speaking voice with guests.
