Ellie Mental Health of Fort Worth is a growing mental health and wellness agency providing individual and family therapy in Fort Worth, Texas, and surrounding communities. We specialize in serving adolescents, families, the LGBTQ community, caregivers, and trauma survivors. Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per company policy.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 15 client visits per week for part-time clinicians.
• Use creativity and innovative thinking in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, other Ellie staff, and school personnel as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training (compensated).
• Perform other meaningful and essential duties related to the role.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Hold an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license issued by Texas and be in good standing.
• Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Preferred experience with children, adolescents, and teens; experience with the geriatric population is a plus for LCSWs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation on time.
• Comfort and familiarity with working with diverse client populations.
• Proficiency in using office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid Texas license.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of therapy services and community resources; willingness to do light community outreach.
• Caseload development may take 60 to 90 days based on credentialing, with marketing/admin support prior to that.
