Job Description:

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Dual-Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians for our club in Plano, TX. These positions are ideal for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a highly visible, top-tier organization. The Equinox Spa offers a luxurious paradise for the senses, with world-class amenities and innovative treatments like hot stone therapy and tropical body smoothies.

Massage Therapist Responsibilities:

• Analyzing, consulting, and performing massage treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
• Focusing efforts on member satisfaction
• Performing 25, 50, and 80-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages
• Ensuring the treatment room is cleaned after each session and at the end of each shift

Esthetician Responsibilities:

• Analyzing, consulting, and performing facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
• Prioritizing member satisfaction
• Opportunity for growth into management within the company

Qualifications:

• Valid TX Massage Therapy license or certification
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Valid Esthetician license
• Training in facial and body waxing
• Willingness to develop within our organization while enhancing skills
• Availability for full-time work (part-time possible)
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Cross-training in multiple services (Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive energy and a dynamic personality
• Computer literacy
