Job summary

GreenWay Waste & Recycling is hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Golden, CO 80401 area. This role offers guaranteed hours and a predictable schedule with 1 to 4 hours of work each evening, primarily Sundays through Fridays starting at 8:00 PM.

Employees typically earn $400 to $1,300 per month, plus $20 to $65 per service night. A truck, trailer, or utility van is required, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
