Job summary

GreenWay Waste & Recycling, LLC is seeking Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Golden, CO 80401 area. The role involves collecting bagged trash and recycling from residents, transporting waste to on-site dumpsters, and patrolling the community during service hours.

Work is independent and outdoors, with safety as a priority. The position offers guaranteed evening hours, paid training, and a 1099 contractor arrangement, typically 1–4 hours per night, 4–5 days a week

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to follow safety procedures.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
