Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is seeking reliable part-time evening trash collectors to service communities in the Indianapolis, IN 46254 area. Earn $400–$1,300 per month with 1–4 hours per night, Sunday–Thursday, starting 8:00 PM. A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required, and paid training is provided.

This is a contractor (1099) position with guaranteed hours and consistent evenings. Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, own a suitable vehicle, and can pass a background check

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Truck, trailer, or utility van required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
