Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Security Supervisor to oversee security operations on a designated shift for a client in Everett, MA. You will supervise officers, coordinate with the site supervisor and the Account Manager, and ensure service quality and compliance.

Starting pay is $24.75 per hour; part-time hours on Sundays and Mondays 3pm–11pm, with paid orientation and training. TSA TWIC may be required; 18+ years old with appropriate education/experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff and the public.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Drivers License with 1 year driving experience and clean record (for driving positions).
• Background check and drug/alcohol test post-offer/pre-employment may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
