Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Shift Security Supervisor in Massachusetts to oversee a security team on weekends, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. Starting pay is $22.52 per hour with paid orientation and training, plus opportunities for additional hours.

Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma or equivalent (or 5 years experience), strong communication and report-writing skills, and a valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional interaction with all levels.

Responsibilities

• supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• prepare written reports and logs.
• handle crises calmly and efficiently.
