Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Resident Assistant for a part-time evening schedule (2:00pm - 10:30pm) in Northfield, MN. This role includes every other weekend and holiday requirements, with a pay range of $19-$23 per hour.

You will provide hands-on support to residents, helping with daily activities and fostering meaningful connections. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, meals, mobility, and wellness activities, while reporting changes to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a state-required background study.
• Physical ability to perform duties and read/write/speak English well.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and wellness activities.
• Maintain clean, comfortable living spaces through housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals and snacks.
• Monitor health changes and report to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and assist with transition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
