Job summary

Copeland Oaks in Sebring, OH is seeking a part-time afternoon Receptionist/Telephone Operator to greet residents, families and staff with warmth and professionalism. You will manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and support basic administrative tasks in a senior care community.

This 2:30pm–11:00pm weekend/holiday shift offers an engaging work environment where strong communication and multitasking are valued. Prior front desk experience and MS Word familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist role or front desk strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and greet visitors warmly and professionally.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate staff and provide general information.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and manage basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with clerical duties and support other staff as needed.
• Ensure smooth operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts and holidays.
