Qualifikationen

• Experience providing peer support services to clients with serious mental illness.
• Must have lived experience of mental illness and willingness to share it to help others.
• Belief in recovery and empathy for people with disabilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide peer counseling and life skills coaching.
• Assist with illness management and attendance at meetings.
• Help develop social networks and community engagement.
• Support transportation and home visits as needed.
