Job summary

McGuire Memorial in New Brighton, PA is seeking a Residential Manager for part-time evening and overnight shifts to support residents with physical and intellectual disabilities in an Intermediate Care Facility. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), coordinate coverage, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for all residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Post high school degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of team leadership.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, healthy environment fostering well-being and support for residents and staff.
• Mentor and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the facility.
• Coordinate DSP assignments to ensure coverage for residents at all times.
• Coordinate and integrate residential supports, care and services for individuals.
• Supervise daily care on all shifts and assist when necessary.
• Ensure timely completion of site documentation and communicate issues.
• Implement Individual Support Plans and active treatment plans consistently.
• Manage and supervise special events, activities, or visitations on assigned shifts.
• Directly manage the residential program during Night Shift, every other weekend, and holidays.
• Model professional behavior and interactions with residents, staff and families.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality care for residents.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations and agency policies.
