Job summary

McGuire Memorial is seeking a Residential Manager for part-time evening and overnight shifts in New Brighton, PA. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate resident services to ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents with IDD.

Responsibilities include scheduling, ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with staff to implement Individual Support Plans. A valid driver's license and supervisory experience are required; clearances and drug screening are

Qualifications

• Ability to pass physical and drug screening.
• Clearances: DHS Child Abuse History, PA State Police, FBI.
• TB testing required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with IDD.
• Supervisory/leadership experience expected.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, healthy environment fostering well-being and support for residents and staff.
• Mentor and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the facility.
• Coordinate DSP assignments to ensure coverage and support for residents.
• Coordinate and integrate residential supports, care and services.
• Supervise daily care on all shifts and assist when needed.
• Monitor documentation and communicate issues to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure Individual Support Plans are implemented consistently.
• Oversee special events, activities, or visitations on assigned shifts.
• Manage residential program during night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Model professional behavior and collaboration with other departments.
