Job summary

Generations is seeking a compassionate QMAP staff member for Montage Creek in Montrose, CO to ensure residents receive medications as prescribed and per care plans and physician orders. You will work as part of a team, uphold safety and quality standards, and help residents with daily medication needs.

The role offers part-time shifts, including nights and weekends, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth in a supportive elder-care community.

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required: QMAP experience.
• Certification as Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is provided upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient care approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Follow resident care plans and orders to support safety and well-being.
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.
