Job summary

Generations is seeking a Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) to support residents across Fort Collins and Loveland in an on-site, full-time capacity. You will administer medications as prescribed and follow care plans to ensure resident safety and well-being in a compassionate environment.

We offer PTO, health/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with employer match, and on-the-job training. Schedule includes multiple shifts with on-call options; prior QMAP experience is welcome, CNA/HHA

Qualifications

• QMAP experience preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications as prescribed.
• Follow resident care plans and physician orders to ensure safety.
• Support resident safety and well-being while complying with standards.
