Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for the 2pm-10pm shift on a part-time basis. The role supports licensed staff in administering medications, preparing treatments, and ensuring accurate documentation according to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs must observe and report responses to supervisor.
• Completion of training/certification is required per state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medications as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Keep the medication supply room organized and clean; assist with medication cart audits and provide accurate counts; communicate with pharmacies to coordinate delivery.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses to medications to supervising staff.
