Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-time PM Maintenance Engineer for the Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Bethesda, MD. You will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and improvements across guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment, while communicating effectively with guests and team members.
The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with ladders. Schedule is 3pm–11:30pm, weekends required, hourly rate $19–$22.

We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Engineer team at the Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. As the PM Maintenance Engineer, you will perform routine repairs, improvements and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and systems. You have a keen eye for detail, and respect the importance of health and safety in the workplace. You don’t shy away from physical work and can lift and operate equipment that can weigh up to 50 lbs. Effectively communicating with guests and fellow team members is a must. You are also able to properly climb a ladder and continuously stand/walk for long periods of time.
Part‑time position from 3 pm to 11:30 pm, hourly rate $19–$22. Weekend availability required.
