Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining multiple types of flooring is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow a cleaning schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Reliable transportation to the Mentor location.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust mop, wet mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and shower areas.
• Clean offices, conference rooms, lobby, and employee break areas.
• Dust desks, furniture, counters, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean lunchroom tables, microwaves, and other common-area surfaces.
• Perform scheduled detail cleaning of doors, furniture, mats, and other areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and use approved cleaning products.
