Professional Building Maintenance is seeking a professional, self-motivated cleaner for Avon Lake and Westlake facilities on a 2nd shift. The role includes vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, restocking supplies, bathrooms, dusting and trash removal, with 4–8 hour nights Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays.

The successful candidate must pass a yearly background screen and drug test, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable working independently after hours.

Position Overview:

Professional Building Maintenance is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual to join our team at our Avon Lake and Westlake facilities will include vacuuming, dry and wet mopping, restrooms, sanitizing, restocking supplies, dusting and trash removal. This is 2nd shift 4-8 hours per night Monday - Friday, start times can be flexible after 5:30 pm. Saturdays once per month. We are committed to the health and safety of our team. Team members work independently after the facility has closed. We provided gloves, masks and appropriate disinfectant.

The successful candidate will have prior cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and MUST pass a yearly criminal background screen, flu shot, and TB test
