Job summary

Professional Building Maintenance is seeking a professional, self‑motivated cleaner to join our Avon Lake and Westlake facilities on a 2nd shift. The role covers vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, sanitizing and restocking supplies after hours, five days a week with flexible start times after 5:30 pm and one Saturday per month.

Candidates must pass a yearly background screen and drug test; reliability and attention to detail are essential.

Position Overview:

Professional Building Maintenance is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual to join our team at our Avon Lake and Westlake facilities will include vacuuming, dry and wet mopping, restrooms, sanitizing, restocking supplies, dusting and trash removal. This is 2nd shift 4-8 hours per night Monday - Friday, start times can be flexible after 5:30 pm. Saturdays once per month. We are committed to the health and safety of our team. Team members work independently after the facility has closed. We provided gloves, masks and appropriate disinfectant.

The successful candidate will have prior cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and MUST pass a yearly criminal background screen, flu shot, and TB test
