Job summary

Harbour Village Beach Club is seeking a hospitality focused Concierge in Greendale, Wisconsin. This part-time role (~30 hours per week) includes every other weekend shifts from 3:30pm to 10:00pm, greeting residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include handling telephone coverage, addressing resident and guest needs, receiving packages, coordinating maintenance work orders, and assisting the Business Office Manager on projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors and suppliers while meeting organizational goals.
• Accept and log delivery packages; notify recipient of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
