Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is hiring a Dishwasher to support the culinary team in our senior living communities. The role involves washing and unloading dishes, maintaining clean work areas, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

The position requires adherence to health and safety codes, teamwork, and courteous interactions with residents, family members, and guests. Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
