Responsibilities

• Visit a client’s home 3–5 evenings per weekday for 3–4 hour shifts.
• May include a 3–4 hour shift on some weekends.
• Help the young person learn daily living, safety, and social skills.
• Document behavioral data, shift notes, and client observations.
• Coach family members to reinforce strategies consistently.
