Fairview Health Services seeks a part-time Culinary Assistant at Nine Mile Creek in Bloomington, MN. The role supports dining room and to-go meal service for residents, with evening shifts 4 PM–7 PM, totaling 16 hours every two weeks.

Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation. Responsibilities include serving meals, maintaining a clean dining area, accommodating dietary needs, and learning the EMenu System to provide quality resident dining experiences.

Formación

• Less than 1 year of previous experience.
• High School Diploma.
• 1 year of previous experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serves meals and ensures dining area is clean and inviting.
• Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offers resident meal choices and accommodates dietary needs.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards.
• Keeps dining room setup and workflow orderly.
• Learns and uses the EMenu System and restaurant-style service.
• Ensures dishes and utensils are washed and stored properly.
• Welcomes residents and responds to requests and substitutions.
• Escalates issues to leadership as appropriate.
