Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities in Redwood Falls, MN is seeking a Part-Time Culinary Aide to assist with meal service and dining operations in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will help present and serve meals, keep dining areas clean and organized, and meet residents’ dietary needs with courtesy and care.

The role offers part-time hours (3pm–7pm on alternate Mondays and end-of-week shifts) with a shift differential for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Prior Culinary or dishwasher experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required

Responsibilities

• Assist with the presentation and serving of meals to residents
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining facilities
• Accommodate resident meal-related requests promptly and courteously
• Be knowledgeable of and attentive to specific resident dietary needs and preferences
• Support the overall dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction
