Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Dietary Aide for Part Time Evening shifts in Lumberton, NC. You will follow planned menus, receive meal orders, and assist with preparation and serving to residents.

Responsibilities include washing, sanitizing, stocking, and supporting cooks as needed. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and wear the required uniform. EOE.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must purchase and wear required uniform.
• Must be able to use equipment safely.
• Must attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
• Demonstrates neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Background checks/drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Follows planned menu and receives meal orders from residents.
• Prepares food and beverages for serving based on established procedures.
• Provides food service to residents; including portioning, plating, loading, delivering and serving resident meals.
• Assists in serving plates and tray cart, including loading, delivering, and serving.
• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes glasses, dishes, silverware, service ware, etc.
