Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass drug, background, and TB tests before starting.
• Ability to work independently and supervise custodian staff.
• Ability to read, write and keep records; perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds as per schedules.
• Carry out unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks and report needs.
• Work in varied environmental conditions and operate cleaning equipment.
• Complete tasks on time; coordinate with administration and staff.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff and administration.
