Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet residents and visitors, provide information in support of sales and marketing, and handle routine clerical tasks. The role reports to the Business Operations Director and emphasizes customer service for a senior living community.

Shifts include Sundays 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, Mondays 8:00 PM–11:00 PM, and every other Saturday 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, with an hourly pay range of $19.00–$22.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a variety of people.
• Experience working with the senior population.
• Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression and deliver community information to inquiries in support of sales and marketing efforts.
• Answer incoming calls and provide clerical support to all departments.
