Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic in Glen Hazel, PA is seeking a Part-time Non-Licensed Clinician to provide recovery-oriented support to individuals with Serious Mental Illness transitioning from inpatient care. The role requires strong people skills, teamwork, and a commitment to dignity and respect.

The incumbent will lead groups, coordinate limited resident transportation to community settings, engage with families, and maintain patient records using basic computer systems.

Formación

• Master or bachelor degree in human services with relevant experience.
• Experience working with people with serious mental illness is required.
• Must pass a bi-annual physical and pre-employment drug testing.
• Valid PA driver's license and ability to drive organization vehicle.
• Act 33/34/73 Clearances required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recovery-oriented support to individuals with serious mental illness transitioning from inpatient hospitalization.
• Facilitate groups and assist with transportation to community settings.
