Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for a Duluth, MN manufacturing facility. The role focuses on keeping restrooms, break rooms, control rooms, entrances, locker rooms and offices clean in a 24x7 operation.

You will sweep, vacuum, mop, remove trash, sanitize surfaces, and assist staff as needed. Candidates must be able to speak English, be at least 18, and pass a background check; safety training is provided before solo work.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors throughout the facility.
• Waste removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

General Cleaner at Marsden Central, L.LC.

Shift: Monday through Friday 5:00pm to 8:00pm

Location: Duluth, MN

Requirements:

This location is a manufacturing facility that operates 24x7. The facility must meet FDA requirements, so cleanliness is a priority. We clean the restrooms, break rooms, control room, entrances, locker/shower rooms, a couple hallways, stairwell and office space. There is a lot of walking and stairs, sweeping & mopping. Can be very hot, humid inside depending on the weather. Perfect candidate would be detail oriented and willing to converse with staff while working.Safety training is required prior to working solo - this training typically scheduled during the later morning hours between 10am-12pm (expect 30-60 minutes). Hours are flexible, can start any time after 2PM - 3-hour shift.
