Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a reliable cleaner for evening shifts to spotless ensure all areas are maintained to high standards. The role is permanent and compensation is $17.00 per hour.

Typical hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 6:30 PM, with cleaning finishing by 11:59 PM. Safety PPE is required; background checks are performed. Room to grow, and daily pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste removal: collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Surface cleaning: dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Requirements

There is a lot of spot cleaning of interior glass, dusting, sweeping & mopping, & vacuuming of entrances, garbages, offices, and break area. Business is cleaned Monday, Wednesday and Friday, after the they close. Start time is typically after 6:30pm and can be flexible, as long as it's completed before 11:59pm. PPE requirements are disposable gloves, safety googles & slip resistant footwear.

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.

• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you're going to be:
