Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA services in Marysville, WA. This part-time role features evenings and meaningful one-on-one client work under supervision.

You will implement ABA programs, collect data, and work with a BCBA. Requirements include a CBT certificate, 2+ years' experience with developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavior Technician certificate required.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs in-home or in community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and report progress data to supervisor.
• Support teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
