Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a certified Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis-based programs in homes and community settings. Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:45 PM, you will provide 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a BCBA and track progress against treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Work under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to CompanyPolicy and Procedures; maintain confidentiality.
