Responsibilities
  1. Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
  2. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
  3. Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams.
  4. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  5. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  6. Take payments from customers via cash or credit card.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
Shift Schedule
  • 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday (2 to 3 weeknights per week)
  • Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (2 per month)
  • Sunday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm (1 per month)
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, outgoing and positive personality.
  • Punctuality and ability to handle schedule flexibility within a dynamic work environment.
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve all aspects of performance.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
