Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  2. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  3. Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  4. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  5. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  6. Take payments from customers via cash or credit card
  7. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctuality and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
